1 PKG. Thin Chicken Breast (5-6 thin breast)
 3 Tbl. Olive Oil
 2 Tbl. Lemon Juice (Fresh is best)
 ½ tsp. fresh or flaked dried thyme
 ½ tsp. fresh rosemary, dried is fine
 4 cloves or 4 tsp. minced garlic
 ½ tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
 ¼ tsp. Course ground pepper


Mix all together for marinade and coat chicken well in it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. I let mine sit for a couple of hours to really absorb the flavors. Grill on high 2-3 minutes each side.

* Yes, it’s that east. These are my favorite marinated grilled chicken breast. So delicious… I paired it with the Grilled Seasoned Potatoes.
