I’ll be honest, most the time I just grab Gluten-Free Bisquick and make pancakes. It’s not as healthy as our Miracle Flour Blend, but nice to be able to do a quick pancake first thing in the morning. For the “From Scratch” Version scroll on down.


1 cup Gluten Free Bisquick
1 cup Rice Milk
2 TBL. Olive Oil
1 egg


Stir with whisk until well blended. Pour desired amount onto hot greased (margarine) griddle. Cook until edges are dry and center is bubbly. Turn and cook until golden.
*These are my sons favorite pancakes. I’ve done them with the flour blend but they are heavier and these are light.

From Scratch Pancakes

1 cup Miracle Flour Blend
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
1 Tbl. pure cane sugar or honey
1 egg
1 cup rice milk
1 Tbl. Olive oil or butter
